1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using The Friendly Fairway you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm other users.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

3. User content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (profile information, competition results, etc.). By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the service.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

All software, design, and branding of The Friendly Fairway remain the property of the operator. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use our trademarks or intellectual property.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the version number and effective date above will change and you will be prompted to re-accept the next time you sign in.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
